So there seems to be a big controversy over some pictures of Antonella Barba (American Idol contestant) that have appeared on the internet. Ive seen the pics in question, and all I can say is BIG DEAL. All I see is pictures of Antonella and some friends having some fun, being a little crazy (and I should add that its mildly crazy, not even close to crap Ive done in my early 20’s). So what, theres a pic of her and a few friend topless on a beach somewhere, hands covering their nipples. Give me a break. Oh yea, and the toilet pic? Who the F*ck cares. It shows nothing and it looks to me like some friend just snapped a surprise pic while she is sitting on the can. Thats not a crime (at least on her part) and people should stop making a big deal about all of this.
Ive heard rumors that this might get her kicked off American Idol, it better not. The show already sucks as it is, and if they pull this holier then thow crap and kick her off because of a few harmless pics posted on the net by a shitty friend (or her publicist, who knows these days) that should be the end of the show. Shut it down. No more seasons. You could find more dirt on the judges of the show then Antonella Barba.
As for the explicit blowjob pics of her. Get off it people. Girls (and some guys) suck cock. Everyone has sex, or at least wants to. And probably 90% of the population has recorded or taken pics of themselves and/or their partners naked, having sex, giving head or licking the va-j-j.

Photos of 20-year-old Antonella Barba in provocative poses and various states of undress have recently begun emerging online. The photos, which appear to have been circulating around the Internet since at least late last week, range from a topless Barba with some some strategically placed hands posing with a group of six other females to her dancing and grinding with people at what appears to be a club. There are also images of her flipping the bird, consuming alcohol and even sitting on a toilet with a sheets of toilet paper in her hand. More than a dozen of the photos were posted just in time for Barba’s first performance as one of the Top 24 hopefuls on Wednesday night’s ‘American Idol’ broadcast. According to her ‘Idol’ contestant biography, Barba currently “attends Catholic University in Washington, DC, pursuing an architecture degree.” On Wednesday night, she performed “I Don’t Want to Miss a Thing” in-front of millions of viewers at home and the three Idol judges. The appearance of the photos didn’t have an impact on the way America voted for her after Wednesday night’s performance, which, at least according to the show’s judges, wasn’t too good to begin with. Will the photos affect Barba’s pursuit of the ‘American Idol’ title? A Fox spokeswoman said that the network declined to comment.During season two, an early favorite, Frenchie Davis, was removed from the competition after racy pictures of her surfaced on the Internet.

Britney Spears’ estranged husband Kevin Federline insists he never called for an emergency hearing on the custody of his children and believes someone was playing a nasty prank. Michael Sands, a publicist for Federline’s attorney, claims someone made up the news of the hearing and then told Los Angeles Superior Court spokesman Allan Parachini about it. Federline and his attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, say they never called for a hearing and that no court papers for a hearing were ever filed. Parachini later issued an update after receiving a call from Kaplan saying no hearing request had been filed by Federline. Parachini explained, “A lawyer has called the bailiff and indicated nothing is going to happen today.” Meanwhile, Federline’s lawyer issued a statement saying, “Kevin continues to be a very focused father with his children with hands-on management.” Federline sought spousal support and sole custody of the boys after Spears filed for divorce in November, but a temporary order issued February 1 granted joint custody throughout this month.
A Sydney flight attendant paid a steep price for much-reported midair, sexual interlude with actor Ralph Fiennes. Circuit Judge Larry Seidlin has ruled that the disposition of Anna Nicole Smith’s body will be determined by attorney Richard Milstein, the guardian ad litem of Dannielynn Stern and he recommended that Anna Nicole be buried “next to her son.”Judge Seidlin steered a surprise middle course in the dispute. Smith’s estranged mother wanted her buried in her native Texas, while Smith’s boyfriend wanted her laid to rest in the Bahamas.The judge choked up frequently and wept as he explained his decision. “I want her to be buried with her son in the Bahamas. I want them to be together.” Attorney Richard Milstein, who has been appointed to represent the child in court, was awarded custody of the remains of Anna Nicole Smith allowing her to be buried in the Bahamas.Milstein announced shortly after Judge Seidlin’s ruling that Anna Nicole Smith will be buried in the Bahamas, alongside her dead son.

Legendary record label Motown has received a public apology from the makers of the Academy Award nominated musical ‘Dreamgirls,’ in two advertisements which stress the film is “fictional.” Movie studio DreamWorks placed the full-page ads in trade papers Daily Variety and The Hollywood Reporter and apologized to Motown boss Berry Gordy for “any confusion.” Motown and some of its artists, including Smokey Robinson, had complained ‘Dreamgirls’ negatively misrepresented the soul label, while many saw the movie as thinly-veiled reconstruction of the career of Motown group, The Supremes. The ad reads: “Dreamgirls is a work of fiction. It is also homage to Motown.”"For any confusion that has resulted from our fictional work, we apologize to Mr. Gordy and all of the incredible people who were part of that great legacy.”"It is vital that the public understand that the real Motown story has yet to be told.” A satisfied Gordy says, “I applaud DreamWorks and parent company Paramount Pictures for doing their part to clearly differentiate the fictional movie ‘Dreamgirls’ from the real Motown. A Hollywood movie studio filed a lawsuit claiming gossip blogger Perez Hilton posted a stolen topless photograph of Jennifer Aniston on the internet. Universal City Studios Productions LLLP filed the suit claiming the stolen image was posted on the internet site by Mario Lavandeira, aka Hilton. The picture was allegedly “misappropriated and illegally copied” during production or post-production of the 2006 romantic comedy hit ‘The Break-Up,’ starring Aniston and Vince Vaughn, the suit said. The shot of Aniston was not included in the final version of the movie, which earned more than $118 million at the box office. The lawsuit, claiming copyright infringement and filed in U.S. District Court, “posted all or parts of the stolen footage from the motion picture on his web site.” The suit seeks an injunction barring further distribution of the picture and requests a court order “directing the U.S. Marshal to seize” the copyrighted material from the blogger. The complaint demanded a jury trial and monetary damages to be determined by the court. Last September, Aniston and celebrity photographer Peter Brandt settled a lawsuit regarding topless photos Brandt shot of her in late 2005.”It’s a confidential settlement,” Aniston’s attorney Jay Lavely said. “The matter was amicably resolved.” Aniston had sued Brandt in December 2005, claiming he invaded her privacy by using a telephoto lens to photograph her inside her home when she was topless or partly dressed. She alleged in the lawsuit that Brandt used “invasive, intrusive and unlawful measures” to capture the images. Brandt said he took the photos while standing on a public street about 300 yards away from Aniston’s home.
Sources have confirmed Britney Spears has returned to the Promises Malibu Treatment Center. The center specializes in treating drug and alcohol abuse. Her mother Lynn reportedly drove her to the center.Meanwhile, the emergency custody hearing that Kevin Federline wanted has been canceled because of the new development. There will be no custody hearing today. Sources claim Federline is concerned for Spears’ welfare and wants her to get the help she is now seeking. This may be Spears’ last chance, if she leaves rehab before getting full treatment, Federline will immediately go to court seeking orders allowing him unquestioned full custody of the children. A source claims that Spears showed up at Federline’s house to see the boys last night and he wouldn’t let her in. The kids are now in the custody of Federline, and have been since last week.Spears and Federline reportedly agreed that he would keep their two young children while Spears was in rehabilitation. Spears’ inpatient rehab program is supposed to last between 30 and 45 days.
‘Desperate Housewives’ star Marcia Cross and her husband Tom Mahoney welcomed fraternal twin daughters. They were born in a Los Angeles hospital and are the first children for Cross and her stockbroker husband. According to Cross’ publicist, “Mother and babies are all doing well.” Cross has said her pregnancy was “like a miracle, I didn’t think it would happen.” Although Cross was put on bed rest as a precautionary measure, she continued to work by having the ‘Housewives’ set come to her and shoot in her own bedroom, which was painted to resemble the bedroom of her character. Cross received an Emmy nomination for playing the tightly wound Bree Van de Kamp on ‘Desperate Housewives.’
Anna Nicole Smith’s mother, Virgie Arthur, had to watch an interview recorded shortly before her daughter’s death in which she called her mother “evil” and vowed that she would “never touch my child.” The video of the interview taped after Smith’s son died, was submitted as evidence by attorneys representing Howard K. Stern, Smith’s boyfriend and lawyer. In the tape, Smith wept as she described her childhood, saying she endured beatings and rapes. Her harshest words were against her mother. “I will never speak to her again, ever,” Smith said on the tape. Judge Seidlin was clearly angered and disturbed by Smith’s words and declared no more videos would be admitted into court. Stern is asking the judge to allow him to bury Smith in a plot that he said she purchased next to the one in which her son was laid to rest. From the time Smith’s 20-year-old son, Daniel, died in September in the Bahamas, plans about burial “dominated all of the conversations,” Stern testified. He described the relationship between Smith and Daniel, calling the two inseparable. “From the day Danny died, Anna was not the same,” Stern said. “In a lot of ways, emotionally, she died when Danny died. Initially, she would not accept that Danny was gone.” Though Smith’s will leaves out any mention of a burial place, Stern said he looked at places near Los Angeles and in the Bahamas to bury Daniel, bringing back pictures to show Smith. But long before her son’s death, Smith considered where she wanted to be buried, at one point, saying she’d like to buried near Marilyn Monroe, Stern testified. But with her son’s death, she reconsidered her plans. “She picked out the two double plots side by side that Daniel is currently resting in and where she wanted to be as well,” Stern said. Stern testified that Smith had great difficulty accepting her 20-year-old son’s untimely death. “She didn’t want to believe that Daniel was dead, even at the funeral. She had the people open the casket and she was just inconsolable and hugging Daniel and grabbing onto him and she wanted to go down with Daniel right then. She said, “if Daniel has to be buried, I want to be buried with him.”Smith’s mother claims she wants to exhume Daniel’s body and bring it back to Texas to bury along side his mother.
